Literary walk on Saturday 5th of March 2022

Almost two years ago, on the verge of the pandemic, we had a very pleasant get-together in Groningen. Now that the country is opening up, we have finally found the courage to invite you all to a get-together in Groningen. Not online, but for real!

We asked literary guide Roosmarie Custers to take us for a literary walk through the city of Groningen. During this walk she will show us where famous and infamous writers used to live, write and drink glasses of red wine. Sound familiar? She featured in an article on literary Groningen in the most recent issue of Broerstraat 5.

Depending on the number of walkers, we will either go on a two-hour hike together or a one-hour walk in two groups. In the latter case, one of your board members will take you on a bonus tour of the Groninger Forum.

You are welcome for tea and cake at two o’clock on the terrace of De Kosterij, at the foot of The Old Grieze at the Grote Markt. Then we will meet Roosmarie at the Forum for the start of the walk. After the walk, we will go to the Feithhuis for drinks and possibly dinner. We will let you know in time if we need to change locations.

Please let us know before the 3rd of March if you will join us by filling out this google form and returning it to

We hope you will join us! See you on Saturday 5th of March

Hope to see you all soon!
